Shipping policy

At The Cart 24/7, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and securely as possible across Pakistan. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your delivery will be processed.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Verification: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require phone/WhatsApp confirmation. Orders will not be dispatched until confirmed.
  • Dispatch: Once confirmed, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
  • Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. Delays due to weather, fuel shortages, strike actions, or political situations are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order size and weight.
  • Free Shipping: Applicable only on specific promotional offers or orders exceeding a certain amount (as advertised on our store).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • Please keep the exact cash amount ready when the courier rider arrives.
  • Parcel Opening: Courier policies in Pakistan do not allow opening the parcel before paying the rider. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, pay for the parcel, take pictures/videos immediately, and contact our support team.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order directly on the respective courier company's website.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts & Refusals

  • Courier riders will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you are unavailable or reject the parcel without a valid reason, your details may be blacklisted for future COD orders on our store.
  • Please ensure your shipping address, city, and mobile number are 100% accurate while placing the order.
